You know what???? Honestly. I’m tired of how too fkn cool for school novel and their team acts by consistently(As in never, not once, properly respond to a customer inquiry or concern that is sent to them via email.) I believe I know why they do this but still it’s straight b*******. I had a serious issue that I needed a proper response from and sent them three or four professional respectful inquiries and not a goddamn peep back. Basically the payment page timed out so a day later I in my haste admittedly, I dispatched payments to the wallet ID listed the day prior. Sent them an email after a few days of not receiving a confirmation or tracking. I explained what had happened with pictures of the blockchain confirmation and proof payment. I got no response. I then placed another order with Payment bc y’all know how it goes if you on e u on e…. In order notes, I kindly requested my items or my money back. What y’all think they did? Exactly not a goddamn word. So until I get that back in a touchdown or a refund in the ol wallet, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere…. What a shame

I do not want the carrier to know that a bottle is being shipped and want the container to have some protection against being crushed. Another one, flubromazepam, must have not been properly sealed my ass the entire bottle emptied in package. First order went through smooth as butter baby, and product was exceptional purity for use of research. Second order I placed(on the 9th), I miscalculated btc fees and was off by 0.000009btc(few cents). However, the btc left my wallet and didn’t realize the miscalculation til the next day, so I sent extra btc to the same wallet provided from the initial order. I emailed admin the situation with pictures and haven’t gotten a response—as I’m sure they’re really busy. I really hope they come through/send tracking at least or ship for that matter. My only complaint is that its not 3MG/Per ML. It is 2mg/per ML by my testing but if I could see 3mgs reactions easier Id pick this over Flu-Alp for my analysis but so far Flu-alp has the best reaction to the tests
